FY27 International Basic Education Funding
Congress is currently deciding whether to invest in global education programs that reduce the conditions that fuel conflict, increase a child’s future earnings, and build stability that benefits families abroad and here at home. A bipartisan letter led by Reps. Quigley and Fitzpatrick urges $970 million for these programs in the FY27 budget, and your Representative needs to hear from you before the March 10 deadline to sign-on.
Joint Action: Good Samaritan Menstrual Products Act
GCE-US and Girl Up are collaborating with a call to action in support of the Good Samaritan Menstrual Products Act, a bipartisan bill that tackles period poverty by expanding access to donated menstrual products in communities nationwide.
